  • Jackie has been awarded a Professional Development Grant from the BMB Department.

  • Jackie, along with Lucía Chemes, takes on the mantle of hosting IDPSeminars. Many thanks to Magnus and Alex for four years of hard work building the series and connecting the community!

  • The first Pelham Lab paper (Rhythmidia) is published in PLOS Computational Biology. Congrats to Alex on his first first-author publication! Thanks to friend of the lab, Sharleen Buel, for a fantastic SciArt interpretation for the cover!

  • Jackie co-chairs the IDP GRS with the tremendous Dr. Jhullian Alston. Jackie also attended the IDP GRC in Les Diablerets, Switzerland, with breathtaking views and fantastic science!

  • Jackie gave a talk at The Physical Basis of Cellular Memory and Adaptation workshop in Bridgetown, Barbados. What is better than science by the beach?! Thanks to Jackie Vogel for the invitation.

  • The Pelham Lab joined in for the Holehouse Lab Retreat. S’mores, good science chats, and fun were had by all.

  • Jackie visited the Gladfelter Lab at Duke University, along with Jen and Meaghan of the Hurley lab to learn Neurospora microscopy. A tremendous thanks to Grace for teaching us!

  • Jackie attended the two-day Tutorials in Genomics and Bioinformatics: RNA-Seq Analysis course at Cold Spring Harbor.

  • Jackie attended the Gordon Research Conference on Chronobiology at Bates College in Maine. While there, she won a poster prize sponsored by FEBS Letters. Congrats to former lab mate Meaghan, who also won a poster prize at the GRS!
